I have taught Agriculture Education for 23 yerars. He was the 2010 Kentucky Association of Agricultural Educators Teacher of the year and the 2013 Kentucky ACTE/Kentucky Farm Bureau Teacher of the Year in Community Service. I have served on multiple state career pathway and curriculum committees as well as serving as CTE Department Chair at both high schools. I have also served as a high school baseball coach and I am currently a NAAE Agriscience Teacher Ambassador.

At John Hardin, I teach a variety of classes such as Principles of Ag., Agriscience, Small Animal Tech, Veterinary Science, Ag. Sales and Marketing and Greenhouse. I also oversees a Hydroponic/Aquaponic STEM lab as well as a 30x90 greenhouse. John Hardin is an urban high school with around 750 students. The JHHS FFA has a FFA membership of 125 members.
